In Key Stage 3 (Years 7 to 9) pupils take the following subjects:
English Language and Literature (including Drama)
XME (Extra Maths and English)
Science (a general practical based course is run in Year 7. In Year 8 and 9 Biology, Physics and Chemistry are taught as separate disciplines)
Spanish and Language Awareness
Design and Technology, Textiles and Product Design
Issues (this is the name of our Personal, Social, Health, Careers and Citizenship education programme)
In Key Stage 4 (Years 10 and 11) the options are based around the choices the pupils make.
