Junior High Fives Netball Report
On Friday 16th March, the Junior High Fives netball team took part in the Nottingham City tournament. With 7 games back-to-back, the children had a very busy afternoon with no time to recover between matches!
Despite narrowly losing against the more experienced NGHS teams, the squad managed 3 draws against Sycamore (3-3), Scotholme and Heathfield and 2 respectable wins against Basford (3-0) and Nottingham High School (6-0). The latter score was mainly due to the super partnership between Brook and Amelia who were our main goal scorers. Well done!
Congratulations should also go to Alexander, who clawed back the extra goals to force the 2-2 draw with Heathfield.
