GCSE Results Day 2017

A massive well done to our Year 11 cohort for a fantastic set of GCSE results.

30.2% A* grades
45.8% A*-A grades
61.5% A*-B grades
83.2% A*-C grades

We are so proud. Our small cohort of pupils, some of whom joined the school in Early Years, others who joined in Year 11 following the closure of Dagfa School, have done themselves and the school proud.

It is often forgotten that Hollygirt School is not an academically selective school like most other independent school. We have a mixed ability intake each year. Yet, despite this, our results are consistently and impressively high. While the pupils whose outstanding A*/A performance is most impressive, this does not tell the whole picture of progress and success.
